REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Important: Because Toonizer delivers digital AI-generated cartoons instantly, most purchases are final and non-refundable once credits are used.

1. General Refund Policy

All purchases of credits, tokens, or paid features on Toonizer are **final and non-refundable** after use. Once you generate a cartoon or spend credits, that credit is considered fully consumed.

2. No Refunds for Used Credits

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Any generated cartoons (even if you don’t like the result)
  • Partially used credit packs
  • Credits that have expired
  • Accidental generations

3. Limited Refund Cases

In very rare cases, and **only at our sole discretion**, we may consider a refund if:

  • No credits have been used yet
  • The purchase was made within the last 24 hours
  • There was a clear technical error on our side

Even then, we reserve the right to refuse any refund request.

4. Subscriptions & Recurring Payments

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are given for the remaining time.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you file a chargeback or dispute without contacting us first, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and block future purchases.

6. How to Request a Refund (If Eligible)

To request a refund:

  • Email us at contact@toonizer.com within 24 hours of purchase
  • Include your order number and reason
  • Provide proof that no credits were used

We will respond within 5 business days.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy. Continued use of Toonizer after changes means you accept the updated policy.
