1. What Is Toonizer?

Toonizer is an AI-powered cartoon generator. You can upload photos (selfies, pet portraits, etc.) and turn them into cartoons in styles like 90s cartoons, Studio Ghibli, Pixar, cyberpunk anime, and many more.

2. Your Account & Responsibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Toonizer. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. We are not liable for any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Your Photos & Generated Cartoons

When you upload a photo, you give Toonizer permission to process it with AI to create cartoons. You still own your original photos.

The AI-generated cartoons are yours to download and use for personal and limited commercial purposes (social media, prints, gifts, etc.). However, we do not guarantee that the outputs are completely unique or free from similarities to other generations.

4. Credits & Payments

Some generations require credits. Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable once used. All purchases are final after the credits are consumed. See our Refund Policy for details.

5. What You Cannot Do

You may not use Toonizer to create illegal, harmful, hateful, pornographic, or defamatory content. You may not try to reverse-engineer the AI or use the service for spam or commercial resale of access.

6. Privacy

Your privacy matters. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your photos and data.

7. No Guarantees

The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that every cartoon will meet your expectations or be perfect. AI results can vary.

8. Termination

We can suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Unused credits are generally non-refundable upon termination.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Toonizer after changes means you accept the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Izmir.
